This is the home page for the Fayette County (GA) Amateur Radio Club an active affiliate club of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). Our meeting location and time is under review. Our annual meeting takes place in January and is held at an area restaurant to encourage families to attend. Members are active in a number of specialized areas including Field Day, Contesting, Digital Modes, and EMCOMM to name a few. Most of the activity in the Fayetteville area is on the 145.210 repeater (131.8 hz tone) so come join us. Join us on our mailing list, instructions here or Read more

The first Introduction to Digital Modes class will be held on 2/9/13, from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. The location is the 1279 Medical Building next to Piedmont/Fayette Hospital on Hwy 54 between Fayetteville and Peachtree City in conference room "B" on the third floor (note that this is NOT the same room we use for our monthly meetings.) If you cannot attend this session, don't worry - we will be holding the class periodically (probably quarterly), so there will be other opportunities to attend. Everyone is welcome to attend this class. You do not need to be a FCARC or ARES member.

The web page is on a new site. This one is significantly faster. Poke around and see if it's working OK.
